Functionality

The actuator is mounted on the thermostatic valve connection, and the probes are clipped onto the supply and return pipes of each hydraulic module. The signal reaches the actuator via traditional room temperature controls. The EGO-AI detects the setpoint temperature based on usage information and the environmental system and is able to adapt and maintain each valve position. After restarting, the actuator returns to the end position to continue regulating dynamically. Operation and malfunction are indicated by an integrated LED with changing colors and flashing. After a predetermined number of switching cycles, the valve briefly and fully opens to clear any dirt particles.
