Fans ventilate independently when the absolute humidity in the room is higher than outside.
Interrupts ventilation in humid weather conditions, thus preventing an unintentional increase in humidity due to air intake in the basement.

As a garage dehumidifier: optional deactivation of the antifreeze function for unheated rooms.
