Description

Air in solar fluid systems The viscosity of glycol-based liquids is significantly higher than that of water. Air bubbles take longer to rise, depending on the concentration of the liquid. Trapped air bubbles thus remain in the air flow and circulate throughout the entire system. The result: circulation problems, heat transfer issues, and corrosion. The fixed resistances of the spiro tube force air bubbles to rise. The installation location should not be at the highest point, but immediately at the inlet of the hot pipe accumulation coming from the solar collector. "AutoClose" This function differentiates air from steam and closes the automatic system as soon as the evaporation temperature is reached. This ensures that the solar system operates continuously and air-free.
